Role Summary
The role is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles manually and utilizing material handling equipment (receive, store, pack, and ship).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follows standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy. Documents and identifies all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead
- Accurately completes routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and receiving paperwork
- Performs a variety of physically demanding duties according to standard work instructions, such as manually loading and unloading goods
- Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking, and loading customer orders and products
- Demonstrates and maintains a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment. Examples include but are not limited to: scanners, computers, scales, pallet jacks and a variety of motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, clamps, power jacks, walkies and reach trucks
- Actively participates in continuous improvement of Company Operations processes and systems
- Demonstrates and maintains professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel Follows all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols.

- Actively participates in required training and follows SOP Proactive in accident & incident prevention; complete applicable reports promptly and accurately when required

Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma and/or relevant experience to the role
- Certification operating (MHE) material handling equipment required (i.e. reach, dock stocker, counter balance, clamp, walkie, order picker)

Physical Job Requirements
- Walking: May be required to perform 6-7 hours per shift.
- Standing: May be required to perform 3-4 hours per shift.
- Sitting: Required to perform 2-3 hours per shift.
- Lift Floor to Waist: Required 2-3 hours per shift not consecutive up to 30kg.
- Life Waist to Shoulder: Required 2-3 hours per shift not consecutive up to 30kg.
- Stair Climbing: May be required, up to 6 steps.
- Ability to Use Hands: Required to Hold; Grip; type; write.
