After attending the University of Western Ontario, Ray went on to hone his sales skills working at various corporate levels before starting his long illustrious 14-year career at DHL where he worked his way to Vice President, Commercial in North America to oversee anchor accounts like Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Pfizer, News Corp, Time Warner, United Nations, and Disney.
Taking his 20 years of knowledge and experience in the logistics industry, Ray then married it with his entrepreneurial spirit and Probus Logistics was born in 2012. With the motto of “that which is measured is improved” Probus specialized in freight consulting using inhouse data analytics system.
With some key hires and expansions in facilities under Ray’s leadership and drive to provide a differentiated service Probus developed into a 3PL provider offering the full range of supply chain solutions.

Terry Stychin graduated from NAIT in 1989 with honours in Business Administration.
After 19 years in the Distribution & Supply Chain industry Terry joined McKesson in 2008 as Director of Sales for Western Canada
At McKesson, Terry worked his way to Regional VP for Western Canada overseeing the Pharmaceutical distribution business which entailed the management of 6 distribution centers with a staff of 2,500 employees.
In 2014 Terry was promoted to President of McKesson’s Medicine Shoppe Canada and spearheaded the integration of the acquisition of Remedy Rx into the retail group.
In 2018 Terry was made the President of Guardian, I.D.A. and the retail enterprise in english Canada with a portfolio of 2,000 plus members and franchisees.
A year later in 2019 he was then appointed the CEO of affiliate Rubicon Pharmacies Canada which he grew into 100 stores in western Canada and lead the sale of Rubicon to publicly traded Neighborly Pharmacy for $435mn finalized in June of 2022.

Graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1995, Bobby started working in the Financial Industry in 1997 doing Equity Research. After gaining some fundamental investment knowledge in equity markets he then progressed into a front office position trading equities for institutional investors in 1999, Bobby spent some time working with Nomura Securities and ING Barings Investment Bank trading Asian Equities building relationships with large Mutual and Multi Asset Investment firms. In 2002 Bobby joined Merrill Lynch Securities as part of the Proprietary Trading Team for Asian Equities. This evolved into roles including Institutional Sales Trading, Regional Account Management of several Global Institutional Investment Firms like Fidelity, GIC, TIAA CREF, CitiGroup Emerging Markets and Temasek. After having experienced many economic cycles, Bobby worked his way up the corporate ladder. During the financial crisis Merrill Lynch consolidated with Bank of America and under the newly formed entity Bobby was appointed to Managing Director of Equity Execution Services for Korean Equities from 2009 which he maintained through retirement in 2019.
In 2012 Bobby partnered with Raymond Yoon who launched a new venture Probus Logistics as an investor and outside advisor for the company. Bobby now actively works in Corporate Strategy for Probus Logistics to help the company realize its ambitious growth plans to become a leader in healthcare logistics solutions.
